MoE orders reopening of closed girls primary schools, seminaries

Pajhwok Afghan News has received a copy of a letter issued by the Education Ministry to the Education Directorate. It reads: “Girls schools above grade six are suspended until further notice, but in some provinces local seminaries and primary schools of girls (from grade one to grade six) are also closed by local officials. Therefore you are directed to that following the issuance of this letter, girls’ schools have the permission to completely operate and girls up to grade six can attend schools and training classes”.
