Läkare Utan Gränser (MSF Sweden) and Svenska Afghanistankommittén Stockholm (SAK) would like to invite you to a seminar on the topic of continuing humanitarian work in difficult circumstances, with a focus on healthcare and education in Afghanistan. Working in Afghanistan presents many challenges. However, SAK and MSF have remained committed to their work in Afghanistan and have continued to make a meaningful impact on the ground.
During the seminar, we will highlight the current situation in Afghanistan and share insights and best practices for navigating the challenges of working in this context.
We are excited to have the following guests sharing their expertise at the seminar:
- Niclas Ericsson, Head of the Communications Department at SAK.
- Masood Qiam, Journalist.
- Gaetan Drossart, Operations Coordinator at MSF.
The seminar will be moderated by Mia Heidenberg, Medical Humanitarian Advisor at MSF.
The event will take place on March 29th at 18:30-20:00 and will be held at Stora Nygatan 7, Stockholm and will be streamed online as well for those who can’t attend in person. Light refreshments will be provided on-site, and there will be ample opportunity for networking and discussion with fellow attendees.
